National Liberation Front is a common name for guerrilla organization fighting to free their country from foreign rule, or at least claiming to be such an organization. The term is typically associated with left wing politics, however militant right wing and even fascist movements use the term. National liberation fronts typically appeal to a radical nation, in the 19th century sense, or to a reactionary nationalism in the 20th century sense.

National Liberation Fronts include:

• National Liberation Front of South Vietnam (Vietcong), a communist nationalist army during the Vietnam War.
• The Front de Libération Nationale (FLN), Algeria's largest political party.

• An Albanian guerrilla group fighting Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany during World War II. The group was led by Enver Hoxha, who later became prime minister of Albania. See History of Albania.
• Anti-Fascist Council of National Liberation of Yugoslavia
• Armed Forces of National Liberation
• Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia
• Boricua Popular Army

• Front de Libération du Québec, a group responsible for bombings and killing in the early 1970s in an effort to separate Quebec from Canada

• Irish National Liberation Army - militant offshoot of the Official Irish Republican Army, in spite of the INLA's Marxist ideology it worked closely with the more centrist Provisional IRA.
